This 1.5″ 30D Bigfoot Outrigger Pad, part number PR3015, is a circular option for heavy-duty drilling jobs. It’s 1.5 inches thick and measures 30 inches in diameter, offering a total surface area of 693 square inches. While slightly lighter than the square pad P303015 at 38 lbs, it still boasts a high weight capacity. This circular 1.5″ 30D Bigfoot Outrigger Pad can support a vertical load of up to 80,000 lbs and a 45-degree load of 40,000 lbs, making it a powerful choice for demanding applications. Similar to the square pad, it maintains a crush rating of 200 for stability and performance.

Handles:
- Standard: Made of Nylon, the strongest common rope. It absorbs shock and is easy to see due to its yellow color.
- Internal Pad Handles: Built-in handles molded directly into the pad for easy grabbing even with gloves on.
- Safety Chain Handles (for heavy duty pads): Made of metal chain rated up to 3,100 lbs for extra strength and stability.
- Wire Rope/Steel Choker Handles: Strong and durable option ideal for extreme conditions (mud, ice, snow). They don’t absorb moisture and will last longer than rope handles.

- LED Twilight Pad Light: Magnetic, waterproof lights with rechargeable batteries that illuminate the work zone and pad placement.

While building outrigger pads with Bigfoot, one of the son’s jobs included two years as a tree trimmer and 18 years as a Journeyman Lineman. Working with bucket/ digger derricks/ operating cranes from 15-40 tons as well as working with operators on 100-300 ton cranes on a daily basis. Working on the High line side of Linework was an experience that taught life lessons that would help build success.”
