DESCRIPTION
Polymer SureFlow Sand 1000 is a proprietary drilling fluid additive blended by DrilRite-Chem LLC for use in sand, gravel, and rock formations. When added to a bentonite slurry, it exhibits unparalleled gel strength, fluid loss prevention, and flow properties. This product has been field tested with 100% satisfaction by multiple HDD companies in multiple applications throughout the U.S. This product is non-hazardous to the environment.
Mixing
SureFlow is conveniently pre-mixed and packaged for use with 500-gallon, 750-gallon, or 1000-gallon mix tanks. This allows for minimal drilling fluid mixing knowledge, labor, and waste.
Simply add 1 bag bentonite for sand or 1.25 bags of bentonite for gravel per 250 gallons and the appropriate sized SureFlow container to the mix tank. When reclaiming, add 1 bag of SureFlow with every 6 bags of bentonite until desired viscosity is reached.
