This 2007 Weatherford Drill Air Foam Package is a powerful and versatile solution for drilling operations requiring high-pressure air and water injection. The package is built on a 2007 JET triple axle air ride step deck trailer for easy transport. Featuring a Sullair 1250 cfm / 350 psi screw type air compressor for a consistent stream of compressed air. And an Ariel JGA/2 reciprocating air booster takes that compressed air even further. Which provides a maximum pressure of 2,250 psi thanks to its two-stage design with a 3.875″ diameter first stage cylinder and a 3.00″ diameter second stage cylinder.
The package doesn’t stop at air power though. A hydraulically powered FMC 46.9 GPM at 2,500 PSI triplex water injection pump delivers a high volume of water at high pressure for various drilling applications. A separate hydraulically powered Bowie charge pump provides additional support for the water injection system. Both the water pump and charge pump are powered by their own dedicated Cummins engines. A QSK23-C 860 HP engine for the main pump and a BTA3.9 130 HP engine for the charge pump.
To keep everything running smoothly and ensuring ample capacity for extended operation. The Drill Air Foam Package boasts an 800-gallon fuel tank and a 2,500-gallon water tank. Â This complete package provides a powerful combination of air and water injection capabilities. Making it a valuable asset for various drilling projects.
