Product Specifications:
The Vanair Underdeck Air Compressor comes in four configurations, offering capacities ranging from 100 CFM to 185 CFM. All models deliver air pressure between 100 and 150 PSI. Therefore, the required compressor input RPM varies depending on the chosen capacity (1595 RPM for 100 CFM to 2415 RPM for 185 CFM). Each unit has an initial oil fill capacity of 2.5 gallons.
The compressor itself measures 10.8 inches long by 9.5 inches wide by 16.3 inches high, while the air/fluid receiver measures 21.5 inches long by 10.25 inches deep. For some configurations, an additional remote air-to-oil cooler is included, measuring 26.5 inches wide by 19.25 inches high by 9.25 inches deep. It’s important to note that these dimensions are for reference only, and consulting Vanair for overall space requirements is recommended. Also, PTO and driveline are not included in the kits.

It also operates efficiently at lower engine RPMs, reducing fuel consumption and wear. In addition, the integrated inlet valve and rear discharge design contributes to better ground clearance for off-road use.

The integrated generator boasts a brushless design for maintenance-free operation. Automatic voltage regulation ensures consistent power output (6.6 kW to 9.6 kW) at 120V or 120/240V, 60 Hz. Ground fault circuits and outlet panels can be customized for your specific needs.
Clean Air & Easy Maintenance:
The in-tank coalescer system provides superior oil separation with minimal maintenance and waste oil. It delivers less than 2 PPM oil carryover in the compressed air. The smaller tank design simplifies installation and features streamlined fittings for easy access, it also protects from the elements. The 5-year warranty on the coalescer element further reduces maintenance costs.
Powerful Drivetrain & Cooling:
The THRU-DRIVE™ system utilizes a factory-converted transfer case with a high-speed bearing for efficient power transfer. In fact, the air-to-oil heat exchanger keeps the system cool, even at high capacities.
Advanced Controls & Monitoring:
The Vanair® VTEC-II® control system provides comprehensive monitoring and control features. This specifically includes a diagnostic display for engine speed control, safety alerts, system checks, troubleshooting assistance, and user-friendly operation on an LCD screen.
Premium Protection & Long Life:
The compressor is equipped with a full suite of safety features, including high-temperature and pressure shutdowns, pressure relief valves, and automatic blowdown. The Vanguard™ synthetic oil offers exceptional thermal stability and extended drain intervals, while the UltraLife® 6000 hour air/oil separator boasts an innovative design that minimizes maintenance costs over the life of the system. The FailSafe® Dual Sensory Redundancy System provides an extra layer of protection by seamlessly switching to backup sensors in case of a primary sensor failure, preventing downtime.
