Built for Endurance: The core of this system is a virtually indestructible air end with a lifetime warranty and a staggering 100,000-hour design life. It operates efficiently at lower engine RPMs, minimizing fuel consumption and wear. The integrated inlet valve and rear discharge design contributes to better ground clearance for off-road use.
Clean Air & Easy Maintenance: The in-tank coalescer system provides superior oil separation with minimal maintenance and waste oil. Protected from the elements, it delivers less than 2 PPM oil carryover in the compressed air. The smaller tank design simplifies installation and features streamlined fittings for easy access. The 5-year warranty on the coalescer element further reduces maintenance costs.
Powerful Drivetrain & Cooling: The RAMDRIVE PLUS™ system utilizes a converted transfer case with a high-speed bearing for efficient power transfer from your existing hydraulic system. The air-to-oil heat exchanger keeps the system cool, even at high capacities.
Advanced Controls & Monitoring: The Vanair® VTEC-II® control system provides comprehensive monitoring and control features. This includes a diagnostic display for remote engine speed control, safety alerts, system checks, troubleshooting assistance, and user-friendly operation on an LCD screen.
Safety & Long Life: The compressor is equipped with a full suite of safety features, including high-temperature and pressure shutdowns, pressure relief valves, and automatic blowdown. The Vanguard™ synthetic oil offers exceptional thermal stability and extended drain intervals. Loctite threadlocker adds an extra layer of security, while a reusable crate simplifies core return for maintenance.
Hydraulic System Requirements:
All hydraulic ratings and pressures are at the machine and do not take into account the pressure drops of individual hydraulic systems. These pressure drops need to be taken into account and added to the rating of the hydraulic pump and components. Vanair® highly recommends consulting a hydraulic supply expert for specifying the correct hydraulic pump size and type, oil reservoir size, hydraulic cooler, hydraulic pressure relief, and other hydraulic supply components for your application. Please take into consideration the following: the hydraulic flow and pressure requirements of the air compressor, the
continuous hydraulic load when the compressor is running, the duty cycle and ambient operating temperatures, and any other hydraulic equipment that may share the same hydraulic supply system (Vanair® recommends a dedicated pump and hydraulic circuit).
