Slick Bore 54 is a specially-formulated polymer, requiring no emulsifying agents or surfactants, which enhances multiple performance parameters of the drilling fluid, and designed to run at a rate of ½ of 1% of mud volume system. It will improve your product’s marketing position by showing a time and cost savings per well to your client.
Slick Bore 54 is a blended high molecular non ionic material developed for the purpose of freeing pipe in stuck wells. It is concentrated and must be added to the existing mud system in an isolated slug pit to develop a pill for pumping into the wellbore.
Slick Bore 54 is non toxic and can be added to any mud system including salt water and oil based mud systems. It immediately reduces fluid loss and breaks capillary forces in differentially stuck pipe against the wellbore wall. Once circulation of the SlickBore54 is begun, the material bonds to the pipe, wellbore wall, and penetrates the existing mud cake.
Slick Bore 54 has rescued many types of stuck wells including differentially, key seating, hydraulically, and pipe on pipe sticking. Before moving on to more severe methods of solving the problem, it may be the best and least costly method for solving your problem.

If circulation is restored and the pipe remains stuck without the ability to reciprocate and/or rotate, this is the time to start the SlickBore54 treatment process to free the pipe.
