This Rebuilt 2005 Atlas Copco T4W (SN-8296) has been completely rebuilt with some new components and parts. It has a Caterpiller C18 diesel deck engine (SN-WJH01507), repaired in 2022 with new rings, bearings, sleeves, a rebuilt head, machined block and gaskets as needed. It has a new Ingersoll-Rand HR2.5 1170 cfm / 350 psi air end (SN-14939U14HN). The Rebuilt 2005 Atlas Copco T4W comes with a deep hole tower with 70,000 lbs of pullback. This rig handles 30 ft pipe and 31 ft of travel (not range 2). It has a new E0413C 4 cycle water injection pump with a splined shaft and new Char-Lynn Eaton hydraulic motor and a Foxco hammer lubricator. The spur gear power head (4 motors), pumps and motors, cylinders, and gear box were all rebuilt.
This unit has a Branden 12,000 lb winch, RKI 4,000 lb winch. It’s table is 22″ open with 20″ bushings. All of this is mounted on a CCC (Crane Carrier Chassis) twin steer truck with a CAT 12 diesel engine with low miles. It has all new electrical wiring and hydraulic hoses, all new tires and aluminum wheels, a new paint job in 2018 and photos are up to date. This rig is located in Mifflinburg, PA.
