DESCRIPTION
AquaLube is a liquid Rock Drill lubricant used to help reduce down hole torque and drag, reducing rod wear, preventing rust and extending bit life. It is not a petroleum based lubricant and is NSF Certified.
AquaLube typical recommended dosage is 1 to 3 gallons per 500 gallons of drilling fluid or water. Product concentrations can be adjusted to achieve required results. AquaLube is added to the water while drilling with air hammers, Down the Hole Hammers (DTH) and Top Hammers. At the recommended dosage, AquaLube reduces rod wear and corrosion while helping to stabilize the borehole.
AquaLube is NSF certified and is an environmentally safe air hammer lubricant designed for water well drilling, Mining, Tunneling, and Horizontal Boring. AquaLube reduces surface contamination as well as groundwater contamination.
