2005/2006 Taylor Industries TI-600
The 2005/2006 Taylor Industries TI-600 provides a standard hook load of 265,000 lbs. (74.8 MT), with a 112 ft. (34.1 M.) mast height. The heavy duty unit is specifically designed for drilling, workover, and service operations. The unit can be trailer mounted, but most TI-600’s are mounted on an integrated 5-axle offroad carrier with a single deck-mounted 550 Hp diesel engine and an automatic transmission.
The TI-600 is a heavy duty service and workover rig. The straight forward engineering and configuration of the TI-600 provides for a multitude of different applications.
Cab & Controls
The state-of-the-industry cab & controls are designed for safe and efficient rig moving. The TI-600 comes standard with full controls and instrumentation including power view, giving the operators a full complement of diagnostic and performance read-outs.
Heavy-Duty Mechanical Drawworks
The heavy-duty mechanical drawworks provides 41,000 lbs. single line pull and the simple yet powerful clutch design improved rig performance while reducing weight and maintenance requirements.
Operator’s Console
The operator’s console provides excellent visibility and a simple user-friendly control layout. Controls for all rig functions are easily accessible from the console. Additionally, the water resistant , hinged, operator’s control panel provides exceptional access for service and maintenance.
Horsepower & Hook Load
Serious horsepower and hook load in a compact maneuverable package best defines the TI-600. Providing 550 Hp and a maximum hook load of 265,000 lbs., the TI-600 retains the same general rig size as most comparable 500 class rigs.
