With only 72 hours since its total remanufacture, this rig delivers the performance, reliability, and high-capacity output of a brand-new machine.
Power & High-Performance Air
- Chassis & Power: Mounted on a dependable 2005 International Paystar 5000 with Tri Rear Axles, powered by a Cummins ISX 530 diesel engine (2,000 RPM, CPL 8518) with 277,848 original km. Utilizing the efficient single-engine design, power is seamlessly transferred from the truck engine to the rig via the exclusive power shift transfer case.
- Air Compressor: Upgraded with a brand new IR HR2.5 air compressor delivering 1250 CFM at 350 PSI, providing immense air volume for deep-hole DTH and rotary applications.
Engineered specifically for demanding depths and efficient on-site handling:
- Derrick & Pullback: Features a 41-foot tubular steel derrick equipped with gear-driven slides, dumping at a 28-degree angle on flat ground, powered by inverter hydraulic cylinders, and delivering a massive 65,000 lbs. of pullback.
- Top Head & Rotation: Top-head drive featuring twin low-RPM hydraulic motors delivering 0–130 RPM with simplified, low-wear gearing.
- Carousel Setup: Equipped with a high-capacity conveyor-type 20-rod carousel, keeping your workflow fast and smooth.
