Drilling Equipment Resources is proud to introduce our first product from our new engineering and manufacturing division: a cost-effective and robust Hydraulic Breakout Machine. Developed in response to a long-standing industry need, this machine is specifically designed to safely and efficiently break and torque downhole hammers and larger tooling right on your job site.
Engineered under the leadership of Derek Anderson (30 years of industry experience), this machine delivers a massive 60,000 lbf·ft of make-up/break-out torque. It handles a wide working OD range from 3” to 12”, making it highly versatile for various tooling sizes.
The machine is compact and built for the field, measuring 70” L x 36” W x 50” H with a total weight of 1200 lbs. You can choose the power source that fits your operation, with a 5 hp Gas Engine as the standard prime mover, and single or three-phase Electric Motor options available.
This Hydraulic Breakout Machine is just the beginning of our commitment to supporting water well professionals. We are also leveraging our new rapid design capabilities to manufacture essential replacement parts for legacy drilling rigs, ensuring your 30-year-old equipment stays running.
